Christian Icebreaker Activities -Who's Who
Select prominant Bible figures and
write their names on card. Attach the card to each participant's back without
them seeing who it is.
As each person circulates, they ask questions about who they are. The winner is
the first person to correctly guess the name on their back.
For younger players you will need Bible characters that are easier to guess.
Christian Icebreaker Activities - Scripture Search
To play this game you will need to
select some well-known Scripture verses. Write one half of each verse on a
piece of paper and the second half of each verse on a separate piece of paper.
Place each piece of paper in an envelope.
As your guests arrive have each one select an envelope with instructions not to
open it yet. Once all the guests have arrived, ask them to open their
envelopes.
Their task is to find the matching scripture as they work their way around the
room, introducing themselves as they go along.
Once everyone is paired up they can then introduce each other to the rest of
the guests.

Have your guests think about and
chose a meaningful object on their person. This could be something in their
handbag, jacket, pocket, wallet or even an item of clothing or jewelry.
Each person can then share with the group what they have chosen and say why it
is special to them.

This Christian icebreaker activity
is great for encouraging everyone to mix and mingle with each other.
Make a list of experiences, attributes and preferences on paper and make enough
copies for each person present.
The object of the icebreaker activity is for everyone to collect a different
signature for each of the points on their list. A person can only sign their
name if a point relates to them.
Examples of things you might put on this list are:

Met your husband/wife at Church

Went to Sunday School as a child
- Dislikes cabbage
- Wears a cross pendant

Loves chocolate

Attends a bible study group

Owns two dogs
